Robert Pot

Robert Pot works in his native country, The Netherlands successfully as concert flautist and pedagogue. He studied with Thies Roorda and Koos Verheul in Amsterdam and Leiden. Additionally, he attended master classes with artists such as William Bennett, Trevor Wye, Robert Dick and Geoffrey Gilbert. He specialized in chamber music and was a member of "Nicolai Consort", a Baroque Ensemble. In Germany he soon gained a reputation for his master classes in the black forest region, that he organized together with Robert Döbler (Rundfunk Symphonieorchester Berlin).
Since 2003 he also maintains a studio for intensive flute study for professionals and amateurs in Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, Kaiserslautern, konstanz and Nagold. He is well known and admired by his students for his unconventional and refreshingt way of teaching.
